Workout 1a: The Warm up

1) walk outs with a twist
2). Side Steps

1) Plank Position then pop up to upper Yoga plank ready for next exercise
2) Spider man also called Wall Climbers pop back down
3) Hold this plank position again

Workout 2 Core and lower back Strength workout (Obliques and hip flexors)

1) Side Plank
2) Knee to Elbow while in side plank
3) Side plank again
4) Knee to Elbow again

1) Glute Bridge (Bum and core and posture muscles)
2) Glute Bridge with single leg kicks (Abs and Legs)
3) Heal Touches (Abs)
